                Thank you for selecting Stephen's as your furniture store.

   

We will do our best to earn the confidence you have placed in us .

Our delivery department will call you the business day before your scheduled delivery day to give you a 3 hour window letting you know approximately when your furniture will be delivered.

If you are unable to be home on the day of your delivery, please call your salesperson so a new day can be arranged. If you are not home and did not advise us, a redelivery charge will apply .

Should you miss the call the day before you may call the dispatcher at (941) 351-4777  between 8.30 AM and 9.AM on the day of your delivery to find out your 3 hour window.  Do not call the dispatcher to schedule your delivery. Please call the store where you made your purchase to do so.

Our trained professionals will set up your furniture, attach mirrors and hardware leaving your furniture ready to enjoy.  Please have your room ready for your new furniture. For a nominal fee if notified in advance,  we will remove to the curb or give you a list of company's that will dispose of your furniture.

Customer pick up

You may if you prefer, pick up your furniture at our warehouse. Please call the store

where you purchased  the furniture one hour prior to going to the  warehouse so proper paper work can be sent to the doc to avoid having to wait there.

Your furniture will be ready in factory cartons. Some assembly and detailing maybe required. our pick up hours are between 10.AM and 4.PM Monday thru Friday.

Items picked up at warehouse that require service must be brought back to warehouse for service.

 

Service, warranty.

We pledge to deliver your new furniture to you in "showroom" condition or we will repair or replace it at the manufacturer's option within 90 days from the day of delivery. Warranties do not cover misuse, fading due to sunlight or any abnormal wear of fabrics.

because natural material such as rattan, wood, and leather have grain and finish-color

differences, variations are to be expected, especially in the wood products done in the white wash process. these natural characteristics are normal and add to the beauty of the finished piece.

Furniture delivered with a balance due must be paid by cash or check only at the time of delivery. Sorry, we are not able to take credit cards on delivery. Checks must be imprinted with your name and address. if you prefer to pay the balance by credit card you must come to the store at least 2 days prior to the delivery to have your card swiped.
